I'd probably be up for it. I already have a Steelhead trip with a group of guys planned for the friday after Thanksgiving till the following Tuesday on the PM though so late Nov would be out for me. If its someime in Dec I may be able to make it. I'll see what you guys decide on and go from there.

Late November is kinda bad for me...Thanksgiving weekend my good fishing buddy Jared is getting Married that Saturday...

In November I have only the weekend of the 10th Available.

December the weekend of the 8th, then my next free weekend should be the 22nd but that's when my daughters have x-mas break and I get half of that but as of right now I don't know what half.

So...not sure if I can make it for a whole weekend Nov. 10th, Dec 8th weekend I kinda wanted to try the big man but I am open there to try the Au Sable.

Then I will have all the time off work between x-mas and new years but can't make any plans until I find out what days my daughters will be with me.

Getting old and growing up sure makes planning fishing trips rough!

Oh come on, why would a person waste time shooting a dumb-ass deer when he could be out getting torched by mint-silver fall run steelhead? I mean you have all the way to what, nearly January to whack a deer? Just run one over with your truck, that'd be the quickest and easiest way to do it man  ! I don't deer hunt, but I still don't think it's as hard as people make it out to be, I see them while I'm steelheading all the time, bucks included. You should have seen a few of the big ones we've seen along the AS over the last 4-5 years, BIG.

Well it looks like the river may end up being worthwhile to fish. I played hookie this morning and went 3-6. I landed a skipper, a 7lb buck and a 6lb buck. I lost another skipper and two good fish. So it's looking pretty good this fall so far.
